Should be n option to tunr it off. and if theres a configuration setting or ini file that goes with it you can change the text or completly remove it

Injecting means, injecting the .dll file you downloaded into the game (iw3mp.exe > CoD 4 MP).
You can use an injector for this job, just search it on this website using the search button.

If you don't want your antivirus to detect a false virus, turn it off, or set an exclusion.
