[Release] M200 Ghillie To L96A1 Super Magnum

I was going to ask rexlake to make me a M200 Ghillie to L96A1 Black Magnum, but I decided, I'd do one myself for practice. This is my second modd. I've included the correct sniper sounds, active, non-active name, image name, scope, model and texture. This isn't a full modd because M_HH, T_HH, item image and killinfo isn't included. I don't you really need those.
