Advantage famas + default weapon.

Another of my "Legit" release line which you can play legit but still have an HUGE advantage.

I will be increaseing the speeds of the famas and the default weapon. /

Instructions
1. Inject the file into "GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez"
2. Rename or move "GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez"
3. Rename "GUNS_M_PV_AR.rezNEW" to "GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez"
4. ENJOY

I know there easy to make but iam helping out the newbies that didnt know how to do it.

I went easy on this and only set them to 15-25.
