How to host cracked Cod4 servers

Hello,
I will be creating a quick tutorial on how to host and manage a successful, cracked/non-cracked Cod4 server. NOTE: This will take a long time to success and will require some money to pay for your server.

Step 1: Creating a server

Choose any of the webhosts I've provided on the "Tools and Resources" and find the Cod4 server section. (I would strongly recommend RevoServersⓘ) There are some some types of servers that will let you host a "Public" or "Private" server. Public servers are servers that anyone will be allowed to join. Private servers are servers that will require a password in order to join the server (I suggest "Public"). You will require an amount of players in the server before paying for the servers (Which affects the amount of payment). You can either pay by monthly, bi-monthly, yearly, etc. You need to choose a server location in the US. The servers are really cheap: around $0.85 usd's monthly for RevoServers. Once you buy your server, the host will give you your server's IP address and there you go, your own Cod4 server!


Step 2: Managing your server

You got your server's IP address, you have some weird programs you installed from your game server host, your server is out there waiting for you to go on and play it, and now you want to manage your server. Those weird programs might be RCON, a server administration you will be using a TON to get rid of hackers, and a control panel to manage and edit configs and install mods and w/e. Since I don't know much about these programs (I use other programs), I won't be explaining alot about them. Here are some basic RCON commands I found:
