My friend purchased VIP....

Except he didn't click the link in the news on the front page. He clicked on the "VIP today" link which brought him to DHF - Winning Is Everything he purchased VIP and is unable to access the VIP section on there to download. Is there anyway his membership can be transfered to FTG which I'm assuming is the correct website? If requested I can get payment proof from him etc. The reason I'm posting this and he isn't is because he doesn't have a MPGH account. (Or are the payment's manually activated and he just hasn't been activated yet?)

I'm sorry if this is the wrong section. I didn't know where else to post this.
