For People having problems after maintenance
Dear Players,
During last night’s maintenance, we upgraded some of our hardware to improve performance. As a result, some players may not see their character information on the website. Rest assured that no character information has been lost, and that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. If you are experiencing issues since last night’s maintenance please see below:
1. You can’t log into the website
Refresh the page by clicking Ctrl and F5 at once.
2. You log in, but you can’t see character information
This is a known issue, and will be resolved tonight. No character information has been lost.
3. You can’t start the game from the website
If for some reason you are unable to launch the game from the Start Game button, you may need to direct launch the game. Please follow these steps to direct launch:
i. Navigate to your Combat Arms folder (the default location is C:\Nexon\Combat Arms)
ii. Double-click on the icon labeled Combatarms_Direct.exe
iii. This should launch Combat Arms, and will bring up the login screen. You can then login with your Nexon Passport ID to play Combat Arms.
