Here's why:
If you're unable to log on to WarRock, check the GamersFirst forums. If they don't have any information on Maintenance or Emergency Patch, it is GamersFirst resetting the servers because of recent problems. Server resets can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, patience youngins.
If you are able to get on WarRock, login, and go to your server but get nothing but a blank screen (Showing that you're Lv. 01 0%, etc.), you are experiencing the now common "SAME USER ID ON SERVER (90104)" error, which is the reasoning by the server resets.
Server resets do not cause your hacks to be patched. GamersFirst might sneak in a silent update every now and then, but they usually do this every 2 or 3 days (because it takes time for them to come up with the update themselves).
This will hopefully prevent more pissed off Chooblets posting multiple topics complaining that WR is down and they can't hack.
