Ebay? Paypal?

I know ebay accepts paypal but when i'm intrested to buy a item, i'm not sure to click buy. I mean will the owner send it realy to where i live (turkey).
Is there another trustable site wich accepts paypal??

Ebay is great and if they dont send it you get your money back

turkey you say depends on the of delivery you chose like overnight shipping, or those cheep ones takes days for taking it over seas and costs allot of money
they deliver all over the world =/

Yeah turkey, and I don't mind if they even send it like in a week.
I just wanted to be sure bout this.
But shipping to turkey would be very $$ No?

Ask the seller before you buy it... if it doesn't look for another one.. and im not sure on prices but probs not TOO much
