Planning on PROPHUNT mod

Prophunt Mod for COD MW2!
Team 1 are the SEARCHERS
Team 2 are the HIDERS
Team 2 transforms into any prop (explosive barrel, palmtree, grass etc.)
Team 1 can walk after 30 seconds (so team 2 has time to hide)
Im going to add details tomorrow morning ( that will be in 8 hours or so)

It is basicly the hideANDseekmod but then with some dradtic changes to make it more fun!
Team 1 has an weapon, but team 2 does not. This is meant to be played in S&D, the last Alive dude gets an Spas 12 or so. (so he has a change in surviving better)
Hiders can switch between first and third person mode and can "lock" so they wont move when looking around. Third person mode is nice to see if your fitting well on your place and to look if searchers are coming and ofcourse wich prop you are.
Searchers get damage from fireing they're own gun. This would ofcourse not be fun if you could spray every object, So you take damage from fireing to stop the spraying.
Searchers walk slower then the hiders, so they can also run away. But, the Searchers walk faster then normal, otherwise it would take way too long to scan the map.
Search on youtube "TF2 prophunt" to get an idea of what this mod is.
Where can I hide into, I dont see alot of stuff to hide into!
Think of the following things;
You do NOT regenate health, otherwise you could spray anyway. There is one point in each map where you can walk by and then BAMM you have full HP + Ammo! This recharges every 30 seconds, so every 30 seconds there will be an HUD message saying "Healing Point Bonus Refreshed!"
Searchers start with looking down to the ground or so, so they cant see the props hiding, that would ruin all the fun!
Server settings would be high jumps, increased speed, no fall damage and suggest some other settings below.
Please DO suggest things below.

Here is why I want to make this mod, I'm not famous at all in modding, I never released a Mod, please take a look at the text below before replying that I will ragequit etc.
Here is my theory. I want to really start modding, so it is kind of true what you say, but (t)he(y) can tell me what to do, so then I'll do it! I'm not going to ragequit if you're thinking so, I now have a little learned modding; the basics. And yes I know I cant mod yet, having bad syntax'es everywhere, But under the supervision of two or more modders, I really want to finish this mod. If I ragequit on this one, that will probarly mean that I can never ever learn modding. If I finish this mod, I can always look bad in the GSC file.
So far on I have never ever edited something else than the rank GSC file. And my only mod was where you had a SPAS with unlimited ammo an superjump and speed. I only needed to fill in some stuff tough, it was my first mod, and you, Insane helped me with learning the basics of modding. And I'm thankful for that. Really. Offense me, Flame me but I will not get mad fast. As you helped me with modding. And I think that is really nice, so thank you for that. Everyone please believe me! I really want to learn modding! Even if my NAT is strict and I cant fix it so I cant host mods, I love to post threads with mods in it, And I love the people that say thank you for the work I've done. I make this mod for other people, and not for myself. And if i ragequit, my fault. I ragequit and nobody else gets to see the mod...
I love people, thats just how I am. So I wont flame people for saying I cant do anything or somewhat else. I just want to learn modding, 1 part for the fun, but 9 parts for the love...
