This is Xion7200 here and I have got the latest version of PS3 Theme Creator, for all your Theme Creating Ideas!

CHANGE LOG
1. Support for FW2.5 icons.
2. Support for sounds.
3. Includes tool to convert audio file to vag format.
4. Drag and Drop images directly to the icons and backgrounds.
5. New preview mode.
6. Notification of missing icons on screen.
7. Double clicking on p3t files will launch them directly in PS3ThemeCreator.
8. Bug fixes.
9. This version has ONLY been tested with WinXP OS (install it on Vista or Win7 at your own risk). Tested On Windows 7 and it works fine!
KEY NOTES!
1. Background can be done in Photoshop and saved as a 1920x1080 Resolution JPEG.
2. Custom Icons Must be in a .PNG format or they will not work.
3. This program has a built in sound converter so you can add custom sounds to your theme (Sounds are for, Exiting, Canceling, Moving etc) and there is a limit to the size of your sound files.
4. If this does not work for you, make sure you have all the latest updates from Microsoft. Mainly Net.Framework 2.0 and above (3.0, 3.5, 4.0).
5. This does not work for Mac Users, There maybe a compatible program around somewhere (Google
).
6. You can also load up themes that have already been completed and Edit them to your liking

how do you use this? how does this work? do we click save and then like save it to usb and place it in ps3?
