Since no one has released this, I'll be the first.
Sorry to the people who were thinking of releasing it.
Regular M9 to new Tracker Knife.
I have included the model, texture and sound files.
I don't think the sound has been changed, but whatever.
Rate of fire has been changed because the Tracker Knife slices faster.
