[SOLVED]hmmm

My net has been acting weird lately, when i play games etc. Modern warfare 2 my ping drops very low for about 10 seconds and than it happends again. but when i use my browser to watch youtube and stuff its really fast anyone know whats is this problem and how can i fix it ?

are you sure its your ping or the lagg because of your hardware?

YouTube runs fast plainly because it doesn't eat up alot of RAM and doesn't use much processing power where Modern Warfare 2 uses HEAPS of processing, RAM and graphics power. Especially with a computer build like that. Don't worry, I know how it feels. My old computer had Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz and 2GB of RAM. I had to live with playing on the lowest settings and experiencing lag.

You might want to consider buying or building a new computer because upgrading a computer that has Pentium 4 is pointless (775-pin processor/motherboard). All new computers these days use a 1156-pin or 1366-pin processor/motherboard. Some of these processors are the Intel Core-i3, i5 and i7.
