[SOLVED]Steam and it's shitty ways

kay, so i've been using this account for like over a month now. i used to have a pirated copy so what i did was , just pasted it in steam directory and validated been playing all fine
Yesterday i got another account..i logged into it, and tried to play mw2, it says localisation.txt not found, and puff, the game exits. I switch back to my old acc, and THERE! steam is downloading the entire fucking game again! so i again pause update, copy the pirated one,..etc..etc. and validate, ready to play.
I test it works fine then i again switch to the old acc, and i run , BAM! fucking localisation not found, and BAM! Game reduced to 6 gb again.
I know this ain't a steam forum, but hey no harm is asking you techno-geeks

Is the copy on the two accounts the same?

Yes i mean it's using teh same folder, same files

me too my cuzi bought it i downloaded it i loged in his account and it'll be validated then log in myn and extract ur files in common folder

Well I guess that might be why..you effectively using the same cd key if you know I mean.
For instance, if i activated my mw2 retail on my steam account, and then got another steam account and tried to do the same it wouldn't let me...so that might be ur problem.
