[Release] Negev to M21E

Since my Negev to MG36 failed ("cuz its to fat on the screen"), I did this. Includes sounds, model, and texture. And uhh thanks to Luey for telling me to do this.

on topic cool lol but now that i think about it maybe turning the mg into a ar would be better assuming mag size stays the same ( thats just a thought to myself you dont need to actually make my thoughts real lol)

(except my friends, i have like 5-6 friends in it, but they not always all on together so we can't CW often Dx) Even though it has color and emblem too. xD
