How to make Combat Arms Accolades for just about anything
1. You will need to download, extract and install Paint.net from the attachments into your computer. Then install the "Living Hell" font by right clicking the .ttf and click install.
2. Extract Outline Object move the extracted file to the desktop, then close the extracter
Go to My Computer, then find C:\ Local Disk
Find Program files, then find Paint.NET, and find effects, place the Outline Object.dll file in there.
If you have paint.net open while you install it, close it and open it again.
3. Now open/run Paint.net

4. Change the color to red

5. Click the "A"

6. Select the "Living Hell" font

7. Add a new layer

8. Write the text of your choice. The word I chose was "UNBELIEVABLE"

9. Go to Object Outline from Effects>Object>Object Outline

10. Turn the width to 11 and turn both the color dials to the bottom (black)

11. Click "OK" and wait for the effect to load

12. TADA! It's finally complete!
