[SOLVED] How I can do some Mod?

Hello guys!
I wanted to ask you something: How is creating the mod? I need codes that I find in this descussion: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/308-call-d...ing-codes.html? How i can let it work with a ModLoader?

in alteriwnet in console you type "fs_game mods/sweet" u put the mod in the mods folder and if u named the folder ur mod is in sweet it will load that mod

thats for alteriwnet

you can download mw2 liberation and use that as a modloader

None, i wont to create some mod. I think that i must use the GSC Code, but where i must put the file GSC that i create and how i let it work whit a mod loader such as MW2 Liberation?
