2. Check Disable Updates
3. Run MW2 in Windowed mode (alt + enter in main menu) .
4. Patch Window Title
5. Run External Hack of your choice or use one of 2 imported.

An other and easier way is just to mod EESP so it relays on Process Name for gathering PID and Crap.
