K so im missing a d3dx9_42.dll, and i downloaded it, now what do it do with it, aka What are the steps to put it in my computer Tysm if you can help

For me it only works if it's System32 or CA folder.
In a guy I just Tv'd it was "Windows"

It was just Windows - nods -
Put them in your CA folder and the system 32 folder which can be located here: C:\Windows\System32
