not sure, but i think User1 has the PTC function done in C#
i've heard there are ways to just convert code from 1 language to another...but i don't remember where i heard that...but i know there was a converter that did it for me

You know that some people call hacks laggy?? guess what is going to happen with VB....
Why are people so obsessed with making hacks in Visual Basic?

For one it's gay, two, the syntax is crappy, but most of all, it's not actually VB that you'll be using ! It's just the VB shit-syntax.

You'll probably be using some wrapper / DLLIMPORT to access WinAPI functions, and most of all, you'll need a "loader DLL" made in C++ to load CLI into the host process before your VB DLL works - VB DLLs don't have an automatically executed (and user accessible) function - rather they aree based in namespaces.

I think we shouldn't code in VB in the future
VB is a beginning language i think C versions are much much better

you got more control about all and you can do whatever you want

There's nothing you can do in VB what you can't do in C(++)

I wouldn't say that VB is a fledgling language, it's been around for a while. The move to .NET framework is sort of new (relatively speaking). However, I agree that it's ability as a "gamehacking" language is severely limited, and you wouldn't be able to act independently of C++ for process memory, assembly etc as freedompeace stated far more eloquently than me.

That being said, I love VB but I never had any intention of attempting to make hacks with it, sure I dabbled in the odd bit of basic memory editing externally, but I much prefer the forms applications that it offers. I'm so sick of people having big bitches about different languages all the time just because they want to try an emphasize their e-cock. I code mostly in VB, but I have nothing against C++ as a language, in fact I often find myself envious of it's power. I don't see everyone's obsession with trying to prove that VB can hack, if that's all you want a language to do (and I pity you) just take up C++, instead of all these mangled code wrappers and workarounds, you may as well stick with a language that can already do all of it.
