why is it when I dont use hacks I have a high fps rate, and with certains hacks I had a high FPS (frames per seconds) but with c00lguy's I have a really low FPS?

Some hacks make you lag some dont.
Depends on how the coder makes th hack.

If you are playing Cabin Fever, or a game with a lot of players you are going to lag if you have chams on because every frame the chams need to be refreshed [??]
Try a different hack or play in smaller rooms. Menu hacks lag more.
