[SOLVED] Cant Get people to join modded lobby

If you are in 'disbelief' go to Steam > Settings > First Tab
You'll see "Cheating Infraction
You can only play private matches or invite your friends and you can only play using liberation.

i went to settings and it said "Banned from secure server because of a cheating infraction"
but i can still play mw2 it doesnt say cheat detected or anything and thats without Liberation VAC Bypass.
