If you're playing on alterIWnet, then people will record you and then report you. If you are hacking, (or are deemed hacking) you will get banned.

On steam you can just laugh at them and go lol. No amount of recording, recording, or solid proff that you do hack will get you banned on Steam unless VAC picks you up.

Now the real answer. (not random bullshit)

If you use hacks that requires injecting .dll's or changing .exe you will be banned by VAC, not because some stupid kids think they can report you.

You can't report anyone, same thing applies for the rest.
