OMG possible !!
OMG !!! u guys know wat happen ???? i in the game some body they hack !!!! idk wat kind of the hack !!! but i saw it a lots booommm on floor n the things make HP up if some body shooted u like 32 hp n u go on that item ur hp up !!! dam it so possible

Not a hack. It's called First aid kits. It's an item that you can buy in game with NX that can heal you.

4) It's called first aid kits, If you didn't waste your money on your Little Mrs Cupcake board game you bought, You could've probably bought some NX.
