please help

hi all of a sudden when i tried to open up any injector a window comes up sayin, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this item." and when i tried to open the CN injector it gave a window sayin, "C:\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v.2.0.50727\mscowrks.d ll could not be loaded" can anyone please help idk wat to do

You must have changed something important, do you know if you made any major changes to your computer when you noticed it stopped working?
Like un installing something or downloading something

The reformat probably deleted some needed files.

Simply re-download the injector.
Get a list of them under the injection section.
