So If I Have a Hack that says No Spread, Is That When i Start at Shooting More Than x Bullets The Hack Stop me?

NO spread is the bullets always hit 1 spot for ex. the ak if you hold down your fire button it shoots like crazy bullets go everywere but ith no spread the bullets always hit wereevr you have your crosshair

Is about you shot like a retard with your gun and the shot going to wrong place. They don't hit with precision on the aim.
