Yea just add a timer enable it and put the code in a timer not in Form Load.And the Timer Integer as 1000 so it releases every second.
Label1.Text = Now in Timer.
Doesn't sound like you wanted time as well so simply put
Label3.Text = Now.Date

All of you guys posted "Now", which returns a date and a time, the OP asked how to get the DATE into the Label's text property, so if you look closely you'll see I posted "Now.Date" which will return ONLY the date
