Whats the Deal with Tango Server?

i've only just started playing combat arms because CF is absolute fail..

i dont wanna sound like a big noob but,

WHY THE FUCK DONT PEOPLE PLAY ON TANGO SERVER..

everyone is on golf - why not go to Tango and get a 10%xp up, just doesnt make sense too meh.

There's a kdr and rank limit i think

Delta started to suck in April
