in window mode u can get more FPS, i have 90 - 110fps but i need more XD
yes in window mode u get more fps and littel ping

Playing in a window shouldn't affect your ping and shouldn't really boost your fps unless you're running lower gfx settings. And afaik it's not limited only to Win 7 x64.
Well, seeing the reply of ReZaJwZ, he just want download Seven and play in windowed mode? And he said he will see another way. 
Anyway, you can't play everything in windowed mode, only for logon, lobby, etc...

Isn't it already auto windowed cuz it's Win 7.
