Default crosshair removed when d3d crosshairs are on.
Ghost Mode now works everywhere (as long as the map has no roof)
Teleport has no need to hold down DELETE.

If the map is not on the list then use Z to move down and X to move up.
Use Z and X for elevation
Move using WASD normally
