Firstly, Phishing is considered an illegal activity, and if you are in any manner taking property from others, And they decide to do something about it, You will be fined Ect.....
Secondly, Simply Google / Look up "Phishing Visual Basic". There are several Youtube Videos And Written Tutorials.
Don't ask it from us, some people know some not.
Go to Google, and search how to make there will be much links with the good tutorials.
Or go to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself., and search for it.
