What are the rest of the levels.
And do you receive anything?

Have there ever had an event for just gold rank and beyond?

i reached platinum, its 1k$ spent, nothing spetial else then a level
i think the % of getting perms outa black keys are higher (or myst-n / gp hazzard)
last is diamond, 5k$ spent

You have to use the NX before you get the grade.
