How do i convert this to 64 bit?
You're asking us to convert something we can't even see? Tough one
Use the x64 equivalent functions

It's always called kernel32.dll, even on 64-bit windows. This is for the same compatibility reasons that system32 contains 64-bit binaries, while syswow64 contains 32-bit binaries.

"How do i convert my 32 bit injector to 64 bit?"

Did he not want to convert his injector from 32-bit to 64-bit? The SYSWOW64 is not in actual fact 64-bit - it's a compatibility / legacy layer for 32-bit applications to run on 64-bit systems.
Compile on 64 bit machine.
Start researching and learning it more but ill show you where one of the problems are. You will have to find out what the problem is and Also find the other areas that need to be changed. (Red means the problem) and both are not changed to the same thing.

Having everything as Integer really limits how much the program can expand.

Code:
Public Declare Function OpenProcess Lib "Kernel32" ( _
    ByVal dwDesiredAccess As Integer, _
    ByVal bInheritHandle As Integer, _
ByVal dwProcessId As Integer) As Integer
BTW, compiling on a 64bit machine or compiling it as x86 doesn't have any effect on this, it may make errors not show up but it still does not fix the problem.
Well, why are you talking about kernel64? It's kernel32 for both.
