Crossfire freezing up

hei y'all. My crossfire keeps freezing up and gets disconnected from the server. Is it happening for a lot of people, or is it just my internet??? thx for any help.

i thing u start the cross with a hack

uninstall crossfire -> re-start your computer -> download a new copy of crossfire -> re-install it
