Send a support ticket, and explain that you never hack'd or glitch'd.
Contat Z8's support and tell them that you never hackon account and ask them if they can un-ban you. If you will have lucky, they will un-ban you

The only thing that you CAN do is send a support ticket, just like what other people suggested.
