I don't care about them and they don't bother me in person but it gets annoying since people think it actually makes an impact.

i found that to be slightly true, since i was cs most of the people who were hating on me before stopped, including you.

Yeah I used to be a moderator for like a year. Not many people know it even though I've told the story a lot of times. The same day I resigned, Dave said to me on msn like 'dare to call Arun a spic'. So stupid as I was I went in the msn chat group and I called Arun a spic. He banned me for 1 year but after 6 months I asked Liz to unban me.

i never said anybody respects me, i said people who were hating on me constantly stopped. probably has nothing to do with CS but that's what i find.
