HELP!!! please..i need help :(

guys when i turn on my hacks it says "ping too high". how do i stop that from happening? i've googled, gotten no answer. please help

EDIT: how do i start in windowed mode? pls help.

umm Find a game maybe?

Alt+Enter=windowed mode
