Lol a rather simple tut. I would use the information if there were some instructional words. /

Other vars are pretty much Engine Self-Explainative.

You can disable VAC2 officially with sv_secure 0.
Then you remove the read-only flag from sv_ranked and unhide the xblive_ dvars

or you make a 3 line mod setting those vars.

console is on ~ in English versions of the game. ^ in the Russian version.
Shift+~/^ opens it fullscreen.
