Direct X Problem

Direct X Problem
Hello!

My friend is trying to play Black Ops, but when he starts up the game he is getting an Direct X error.
He already installed the full DirectX9.0C pack and installed the dxsetup.exe inside the call of duty folder.

Any ideas?:O

Already did, they said you had to run the dxsetup.exe
