[How-To] Play cracked zombies [SP]

So for many people who pirate- I mean, downloaded the extended trial version of the game, may have noticed that on the main menu, hitting Zombies wont work. See:



Heres how to get around that.

First
Unlock the console by going to:
(folder Black Ops is installed in)>players>config.cfg
Open it with wordpad and serch for the line:
seta monkeytoy
And change it to:
seta monkeytoy "0"

Then
In game hit ~ to drop down the console and type in the following:

/devmap zombie_(mapname)

The map names are as follows:
Theater Of The Dammned:
/devmap zombie_theater

Five Pentagon
/devmap zombie_pentagon

And note that by using devmap cheats will be enabled. So you can use godmode your first time around to explore the maps. Which you should because they are huge.

And remember, AFAIK this only works for Single Player, as I dont know of a way to get it to work online.

Also, I called it when I guessed that they would use time travel to go from the cold war back to WW2 era. Lazy bastards, I hope they keep the story going with this.



Note the fact that the machine they go in looks like a teleporter and them going back in time. And those new crawler zombies are fucking annoying.

i don't have the folder Player but i am sure this works if i look how u do it

It may just be the "extended trial" that I have, but in my 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty - Black Ops' folder, there is no 'players' folder.. Am I looking in the right place?
