sorry to tell you but you need to re-install !!

I re-install two times and i got the same thing.

Erase everything (The folder and files)
Do not use the same installer...
Erase the installer, download it again, and then reinstall it. IF it still do not work, come back here.

What the error means is that the client can't contact the server. Check your internet connection.

to do this. Press Print Screen on your keyboard and open MSPaint, crop it and save the image and upload it and paste it here

Maybe your firewall doesn't let the "Patcher v5" connect to internet... You have to "allow" it.

reinstall if the problem still occurs , delete all files . prefetch .
