About the Mod position

Don't make fucking threads, don't fucking post about this shit, we will choose who we want.

I don't want the new moderator to have to clean up this crap just because you idiots feel your opinion is necessary.

Reasons:
1. We at MPGH hate you
2. We will ultimately have the final decision
3. Posting why you are or aren't going to picked will get you negative rep in the eyes of those who choose. Unless we make a topic about it, don't post about it. Because you are breaking forum rules, and therefore why would we choose a moderator that breaks moderation rules?

So chill and shut the fuck up. We look at multiple factors then who has the biggest dick or who has the biggest fan club.

If you feel you are qualified, and have over 250 posts, post your "resume" here if you want to be seriously considered.

I have seen this sub-forum grow alot in the past few days/weeks and I think that it needs a moderator. I think I could do a good job of it, I am becoming more active and this forum is seeing alot of spamming. I think I could control it and make a good name for this section, bring more people here. I have been here awhile, not so active in the past weeks but I will become more active.

I've been in this forum for more than 6 months. Majority of my posts are helping and trying to keep conversation. I don't flame, I have good grammer. I'm 16, My name is Josh (For those who didn't know). I'm good at C++, VB6, Java, Linux, HMTL programmer. I don't think anyone hates me (not including some of the mods). I think being on for most of the day should count as something.

Reasons why I should be a moderator are as follow:
- I'm a trusted member.
- I'm active everyday unless something happens to my internet or pc.
- I've been here for 1 year.
- I like being organized.
- I've been bitching to Dave about being a mod. :O
- I hate spam, double posters, double threads, flame wars. (Ex. I saw about 3-4 threads saying about how MHS was detected, I would either close, delete or sticky one of the threads that said that MHS was detected.
- I'm cool with everyone unless I think your a moron. (Usually people that don't follow the rules.)
- I Speak (type) English well and I have good grammar and punctuation.
- I'm VIP support already. (Its time for a promotion )

Qualities: Administrated multiple forums, modded on several others. I code in VB very well and am learning C++ and D3D every day. I've been on MPGH since March, and have well over 250 posts. I don't spam; you can tell as I have a rather low post count compared to others who have joined after me. I am on the forums daily, I try to help out, and I release hacks (sometimes). I would love the position, and I would keep the forums clean.

Bad qualities: I tend to annoy people, and I argue a lot. I sometimes can get off on the wrong foot with new people if I'm not careful. Normally it's only when they try to prove something, make me look bad, or something else.
