Possible Exploit

alright, i just was testing stuff, messing around with files, and u can actually do this:

1. go to: c/nexon/combat arms/ hshield/ update/ patch/ 39
2. open the file: hsupdate.ex- as notepad ( should already open as notepad)
3. u can delete everything in that and save it
4. now i'm going to see what this necessarily did and if it culd possibly b an exploit to help us hack ingame or get stuff in undetected

So if you find out if this does anything and gives us a chance to hack, then plz post what u've found out, thanks

Actually it doesn't do anything. This was a file from old updates. They keep the ones from the last update if they covered it over. Deleting it would just make you re-download it again if they reverted back. If you didn't edit/delete you're not going to download anything. So this can't be used for anything unless you want to revert it back to the old file.

Well if they update like a map, and like make it 50% bigger, and you revert back, then that map wouldn't work... And it doesn't make hacks come in easier. If it did, everyone would of found that out a loooong time ago.

Btw, be carful if your deleteing and editing files in the game if you don't have a really good clue on what your doing.
