When i was walking home from school i found an ipod touch on the floor so i was like omfg

I check the lock screen pic and it was a girl, Check the photos and text messages (Text free app)
was indeed a girls and girl was pretty hot. So i restored it to the default and renamed the ipod and now i have 2 iPods /me
My 32Gb 3rd gen
And the one i found 8Gb 3rd gen?
Its running 4.1 and i wanna jailbreak but thats the latest firmware i need an easy guide to downgrade and jailbreak

On topic. You should indeed return it. I lost my iPhone and had to buy a new one last year. It felt terrible. I also lost my wallet. Neither of those were returned. People are evil.

Its an iPod Touch. I would keep that. If it was like 5 bucks, or someones wallet, I would return that. But iPod Touch, nahh..

Jailbreaking 4.1 is a little more complicated then it sounds. If the device came with 4.1 then I am pretty sure you are SOL.

I haven't tried (though someone has been asking for a few weeks now fo me to attempt it)

But from the research I have done, 4.1 (from a upgrade) can be jailbroken (if you can preserve the baseband) But devices with 4.1 , Not yet. (though Dev Team is working on something)

So it really depends on your situation.

Then why are all my friends iPhone 4s jailbroken
