Go to where ever you have installed Steam. (Program Files)
Open the 'Steam Folder' -> open 'Steamapps' -> 'Common' -> 'Call of Duty Black Ops' -> 'Main' -> 'Movies'.

i got the "videos" in the "main" but ..

Because he hasnt rendered a movie yet. The movie folder will only appear when you render a video in theater mode.
rendering a vid from the theatre is useless because the quality of it sucks!
ps: you have to render a video first... After that step there should be a "movies" folder in your game directory
