[SOLVED] The call of duty: black ops server is not available at this time :/

Ok so this is what happens. I go onto steam then i launch click play call of duty black ops....it opens then the connecting circle goes round for a bit then i get this error message: Error: The Call of Duty: Black Ops server is not available at this time. | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I really want to fix this because i cant play MP and im really upset

OMG! I JUST CHECKED MY VAC STATUS AND I AM BANNED FROM BLACK OPS ONLINE!!
FOR WHAT EXACTLY!! IVE BEEN PLAYING FOR LIKE 3DAYS!! HOW CAN I APPEAL AGAINST THIS?
I DONT KNOW WHAT IVE DONE WRONG :/
