Quickscope mod?

Hey all,
Well we all know how treyarc has bum-assulted quickscoping,
and i was wondering, will it be possible,to make a mod, that stops
the immediate sway when you first zoom-in, ya know? Im sure it will be.
but i just wanted to ask the people who accually have the game,.
cause, i dont
