Sorry I don't know much about computers so you're saying that with an AMD 635 there's no need for a liquid cooling? It comes with the case so I don't see the need to take it away unless there is? Also, do you think this can handle the latest games on good settings?

No need at all. But if its free it wont hurt anything. I was just saying that its totally unnecessary and you would be better off with a $30 heatsink. But like I said, if its free no problem.

As for games, depending no what the clock is for that CPU, it will probably be bottlenecking that GPU. So you can expect average graphics for games, but I wouldnt expect max out of it. Especially these days where graphics are getting higher and higher, and unless the only game you play is CoD, you will need to upgrade before too long.

Alright, So if I could upgrade my CPU and downgrade the GPU to lets say... crossfire 5770s? would that be the better option?

It's the same price for [= Quad Core AMD Phenom™ II X4 965 Black Edition Quad-Core CPU with crossfire 5770s as the 635 with a 5870. So which would be better?

Pricing? NFI, not American so I dunno how much you guys would pay for a system like this. I didn't include peripherals cause usually that's user specific.

Yea i took off the 635 and upgraded to a Quad Core 965 with crossfire 5770s. My budget is 1300 and atm I can't upgrade to the 6850 crossfire and i cannot upgrade to the 6 core. So if you disregard the original 635 and replace it with the 965 crossfire 5770s how is that? Would that be able to run the call of duty's on max? What about other games?

SSD's are actually terrible for gaming. For the first while they will be good, but after a period of time (depending on usage, but I have seen an average of about 3 months) you will start to notice performance dropping in a bad way. Over time the cells in an SSD get worn out and start to damage even. This will eventually lead to slower times, and in all possibility, BSOD's They are at best now, a good choice for your OS, but just make sure you move the temp folders in windows to a more solid HDD.

A standard 7200rpm HDD will be much more stable, and last a lot longer, with a very slight loss in performance.

I wont even touch on the problems of gaming with a hexa-core CPU.

EDIT: if you budget is $1300 I can show you a computer. A REAL one. I am currently setting up one for about $1500 that would smash the original one you put up. I plan on building it in the next few months.
