Internet Speed Problem

Hi everyone. This is nothing related to hack. I have problem with my net speed.
I use a "MTS usb modem" for my net. It gives a good speed when i surf or download anything, but when it comes to warrock i really lag a lot. Another thing is that sometimes after logging into the server, the rooms are also not displayed. I have to start warrock thrice or even more to get all the rooms displayed. Some people say that this modem of mine "MTS usb modem" comes with an in-built limiter, that could be the reason. Some people even tell me to use tweaks or softwares to increase net speed, but dont know which one to use, am a noob in all these. I know this is off topic, but a lot of experties are available here, so am posting my problem here. Please help. Thanking you in anticipation.

Man, you need a new service provider...

How much are you / your parents paying for your internet?

And do you live in a place where you get bad internet coverage or something? Because your internet speed is really slow..

Mine usually get to over 10mpbs... But you get the point.

Well, The WarRock servers aren't good at all.
Which OS you have???

You prolly have mobile internet judging by that ping ... 0.5s ... wow. Seriously get a normal wired connection, there's nothing you can do with that speed / ping as far as games go

I would call it "very fast" with only 1Mb/s upload speeds
