'destroy' ipod

does anyone can help me to make things on my ipod touch cant start or something cause i have like 1 month warranty
and i want a ipod touch 4g insteat what i now have 3g.

plz does anyone now a program or a way to 'call in' buggs on ipod thatcant be solved.

WTF? I dont understand you.
If you want to get a ipod touch 4g with warranty of an 3g, im sorry but that's not possible.
If you want some of the thing the ipod touch 4g have, just update it to 4.1 (This version for a good Jailbreak)
Or 4.2 (if you want the bad Jailbreak)

4.1 Jailbreak: Its Foreva and So fken easy
4.2 Jailbreak: When you turn of your ipod, you lose the jailbreak so you have to jailbreak it again. (if you put it in sleep dosent happen anything)

EDIT:
If you really want a bug for your ipod.
You need a program, so when apple see the ipod they would say: Oh no this shit is jailbreaked or has apps that are not on app store. So they dont fix your ipod
And Boom you lose your ipod (The Bugg Crash your ipod)

yes but some friends told if my ipod 3g is something not good i will get 4g.
and i dont really want to jailbreak i had first 4.1 jailbreaked, was boring , so updated to 4.2 but i want 4g caus the qulity is much better and 2 cameras

i can give a try ^^ a new one ore nothing.... and maybe i can sell the new one for 32 gb 4g

I have a Ipod touch 4g 32 gb.
And i really can tell you THAT'S IMPOSIBLE.
If apple do that (Giving a 4g for a 3g scratched ect.) They would lose MIIILIONS OF DOLLARS for people that have 2,3G tryin to get The new Generation.
So The better you can do, is sell your ipod (You can go to a apple store and search about some shot that cleans the scratches of the back part of the ipod. And a New Display)
Then you can sell it for... 60-80 euros.
