Uninstall Crossfire, Then delete all files from crossfire folder, re-download crossfire from the z8 page and play.

Req close and move to help section
reinstall it then try again
ya just reinstall it or replace any file that u have changed or edited...
Reinstall, turn off your antivirus, update your DirectX drivers, update DotNetFramework 4.0.

it worked for me wheen i manual installed Windows 7

- download new DirectX!!
- update Drivers
- Redownload the game
- Install the game
The source File is corrupted(from z8games site)
This is similar to the Previously mentioned "File is changed" error. If your antivirus software's realtime scanner is activated while you are downloading the game, It Could result in corruption of the download. Temporarily disable your realtime scanner, Then redownload the game client. Keep realtime scanning disabled while you install the game. Make sure to add the Entire Crossfire folder to your antivirus' exceptions list Before you re-enable the realtime scanner.
